BGAN

Inmarsat's Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) is a mobile satellite service that offers high-speed data (up to 492 kbps) and voice telephony. The service is initially available throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. In 2006, coverage will be extended to include the Americas – providing broadband to you wherever you find yourself on the planet.
